How long has Richco operated?
We have been operating in the Theme & Leisure industry for 20 years.
Where do you operate?
Our HQ is based in Florida, USA, but we carry out work Worldwide.
Do you use contractors?
No – all our works are completed using our own in-house employees.
Does Richco undertake residential projects?
No, Richco only complete commercial leisure projects.
Do you have a minimum job criteria?
No, however the logistics and set-up costs will be incorporated into the overall costs.
Are your technicians OHSA approved?
Yes, all our application technicians are all OSHA 10 approved.
Who’s product do you install?
All of our products are our own Richco products.
How do you control dust when carrying out the floor preparation / grinding works?
All of our equipment is vacuum assisted which include hepa filters.
What colors are available?
Unlike other companies, we have a full range of unlimited colors.
What set’s Richco apart from other companies?
Our custom, high end products with our extensive installation knowledge and technical experience.
What is your cost per square foot?
Our prices vary depending on location, total square footage and the flooring system / finish required.
How quickly do your products cure?
Depends; if it’s a resin-based product it can be as little as four hours between coats and our concrete products cure overnight.
How long does the warranty last?
Warranties are depending on the flooring system used, the intended use and the footfall in each area. However, we’ve had our products installed in some high trafficked areas for over 10 years.
Can you ship your materials anywhere?
Many countries have different regulations, but we as a company are well diverse in dealing with custom brokers and commercial shipping. Our materials have been shipped Worldwide over many years.
